The My Core Wound and other reports are for self-reflection and personal exploration only. Content presented here is not medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis support. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of My Core Wound at mycorewound.com and related services (“the Service”). By creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
My Core Wound provides personalised digital reports and related tools for self-reflection and personal exploration. Reports are generated from information you supply (such as birth data and biographical notes) using automated and AI-assisted processes.
The Service does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you need clinical support or are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.
Some reports (including the Core Wound report in eligible programmes) may be offered free of charge. Other reports, bundles, or features may require payment. Product descriptions on the site explain what each report covers. Features and availability may change as the Service develops.
Paid reports are digital goods supplied electronically. After successful payment, your report is generated and made available in your portal. Generation time varies depending on report type and system load. You are responsible for downloading or saving copies you wish to keep.
Because reports are personalised digital content created for you, statutory rights of withdrawal may not apply once generation has begun or the report has been delivered, where permitted by law.
We want you to find value in what you receive. If you are unhappy with a purchased report, contact us at enquiries@mycorewound.com within 14 days of purchase, explaining what did not meet your expectations. We will review each request fairly and, where appropriate, may offer:
Refunds are not guaranteed in every case, particularly where a report has already been fully generated and delivered in line with its description, but we will always try to resolve concerns in good faith.

The Service, branding, software, and report formats are owned by us or our licensors. You may print or download reports for personal use. You may not reproduce, publish, or commercially exploit reports or site content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service or reliance on report content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
